Websites in Sunnyvale
People here search first and ask a neighbour second.
Sunnyvale turns over. New apartments keep filling with people who did not grow up here, do not have a hairdresser or a dentist or a plumber yet, and find all three the same way: a phone, a search, and whoever looks credible enough to try.
What a high-turnover city changes
What actually decides it here
Your reputation does not transfer to a newcomer. Twenty years on the same street means nothing to someone who moved in last month. What they see is the site, and the site is doing all the work your reputation does with everyone else.
First-timers need the basics spelled out. What you do, what it costs, whether you are taking new customers. Regulars never ask these, so they quietly go missing from the site.
The search happens on a phone, immediately. A slow site loses to a fast one before anyone reads a word of it, and on a phone the difference is obvious in a way it is not on a laptop.
New customers are the ones most likely to leave a review. They just made a decision and want to tell someone whether it worked. Asking them, automatically, is free.
What you get
The site, then the tools underneath it
Module 01
The site
A site that convinces someone who has never heard of you.
- What you do and who it is for, written for a first-timer
- Pricing or a real range, so nobody has to call to find out
- Whether you are taking new customers, stated plainly
- Fast on a phone, which is where the search starts
- One obvious first step, not four competing ones
Module 02
The automation
The same automation on every build, because it works the same way everywhere.
- A chatbot that answers after-hours questions and books a call
- Missed-call text-back, so a call you could not take still gets a reply
- Review requests sent after the job, to everyone, never filtered
- Appointment reminders where your business runs on appointments
- Hosting and content updates included in the retainer
Who I build for in Sunnyvale
The work is the same shape whatever the trade, and the copy is not. These pages go into what changes for each: medical practices, dental practices, law firms, chiropractors, med spas, veterinary clinics, salons and barbershops, professional offices, and local service businesses.

Craftvane is based in San Jose and works across Santa Clara County. Rather than a client list, there are two sites you can open right now: see the work.
Questions from Sunnyvale owners
We have been here for years. Is a new site really the issue?
It might not be. Run the free audit first and see what it says. If your site is fast, clear, and findable, I will tell you that and you have lost nothing.
Do you build in other languages?
A second language version is a real option and it is scoped as extra pages. Whether it is worth it depends on your customers, not on a general rule about the area, so it is a conversation rather than an upsell.
How long does a build take?
For a small site, weeks rather than months, and the pace is usually set by how fast content and photos come back to me rather than by the building.
The guarantee
You don't pay the balance until you approve the site.
Hiring one person to build your website carries an obvious risk: you pay, and what shows up is not what you had in mind. So the money is structured so that cannot happen. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due only after you have seen the finished site and told me it's right. If you look at it and it is not what we agreed, I fix it, and you still have not paid the balance.
No annual contract on the build. The retainer, if you take it, is month to month, and cancelling it does not cost you the website. The site is yours once it is paid for, either way.
