Med spas & aesthetics

Your before-and-afters are the entire sale.

Nobody books an injectable appointment from a stock photo. They book after seeing work on someone who looks like them, done by a named provider, at a price they can find without asking. Most med spa sites have none of those three, and the work sits on Instagram where it disappears in a week.

Where it leaks

What a prospective client cannot find

01

The portfolio lives on a platform you do not own. Instagram is working, keep posting. But a post is gone in days, it is not searchable, and it belongs to a company that can change the rules. The same photos on your own site keep working for years.

02

Pricing is deliberately vague. Per-unit and per-treatment pricing, or at least a real range, filters out the people who were never going to book and reassures the ones who were. Vagueness reads as expensive and evasive at the same time.

03

The provider is invisible. These are medical treatments. Who performs them, their credentials, and who supervises matters more to a serious client than any amount of spa styling.

04

A no-show on a high-value appointment costs real money. An empty consultation slot is annoying. An empty treatment slot booked weeks ahead is a meaningful piece of the month, and reminders are the cheapest protection available.

What you get

A site that shows the work and books the consultation

Module 01

The site

A site built around proof and clarity.

  • Before-and-after galleries on your own domain, with consent handled properly
  • Treatment pages with what it is, what it costs, and what recovery looks like
  • Provider credentials and supervision stated clearly
  • Consultation booking that points at the system you already use
  • Fast on a phone, because that is where the photos get looked at

Module 02

The automation

Protecting the booking and building the review count.

  • Reminders before consultations and treatments
  • Missed-call text-back during appointments
  • Review requests sent afterwards, to everyone, never filtered by who seemed pleased
  • A chatbot for pricing and pre-treatment questions after hours
  • Hosting and content updates, so new treatments and prices actually go up

Craftvane is new and I would rather show you a build than a client list. See the work and judge for yourself.

Questions an owner asks

Can you put before-and-after photos on the site?

Yes, with written consent from the person in them, kept on file by you. That is your obligation rather than mine, but I will build the site so the consent status of every image is something you can actually track, instead of a folder nobody can vouch for.

What about claims and results?

I will describe treatments accurately and I will not write outcome guarantees. Aesthetics advertising draws attention for exactly that, and a claim you cannot support is a bigger risk than a plainer sentence.

Does the chatbot handle medical questions?

No. It answers pricing, hours, what a treatment involves in general terms, and books a consultation. Anything clinical goes to your team, and it is configured to say so.

We are a medical practice as well as a spa. Does that change anything?

It can. If any patient information would flow through the site, the chatbot, or the reminders, read how patient data is handled first. The default build keeps all of it out, which is usually the right answer and always the cheaper one.

The guarantee

You don't pay the balance until you approve the site.

Hiring one person to build your website carries an obvious risk: you pay, and what shows up is not what you had in mind. So the money is structured so that cannot happen. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due only after you have seen the finished site and told me it's right. If you look at it and it is not what we agreed, I fix it, and you still have not paid the balance.

No annual contract on the build. The retainer, if you take it, is month to month, and cancelling it does not cost you the website. The site is yours once it is paid for, either way.
