Pricing

No platform markup. No contract lock-in.

Two prices: a one-time build, and an optional monthly retainer once you want the automation running. Both scoped to your business, not a tiered subscription plan. Custom AI workflows sit outside both and are quoted per job.

One-time

Website build

$1,500–$3,000

Final price depends on page count and complexity, scoped after a short intake.

  • Home, services, pricing, about, and contact pages
  • Static, Netlify-hosted, mobile-first, fast to load
  • Structured for Google and AI search
  • Contact form wired to your email
  • One review round before launch

Monthly, optional

Automation retainer

$200–$350/mo

Month to month. Cancel any time, no annual contract, no renewal fee.

  • AI chatbot configured for your business
  • Missed-call text-back
  • Review-request automation
  • Appointment or follow-up reminders
  • Hosting and content updates included

Custom AI workflows: quoted per job

There is no price on this page for a custom workflow, and that is deliberate rather than coy. Drafting replies to a busy inbox and pulling figures out of a stack of PDF statements are different amounts of work, and quoting a single number for both would mean overcharging one client to cover the other.

What I will do instead is look at the actual job and give you a fixed number before anything is built, along with an honest read on whether it is worth doing at all. The most common answer to "can you automate this" is a smaller build than people expect, and the second most common is that you should not bother. Both are free to find out.

Most are one-time builds and stay yours. If a workflow needs ongoing monitoring or regular changes, that is stated up front and folded into the retainer rather than billed as a surprise later. See what these look like.

The guarantee

You don't pay the balance until you approve the site.

Hiring one person to build your website carries an obvious risk: you pay, and what shows up is not what you had in mind. So the money is structured so that cannot happen. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due only after you have seen the finished site and told me it's right. If you look at it and it is not what we agreed, I fix it, and you still have not paid the balance.

That is the whole risk reversal, and it is deliberately simple. I would rather carry the risk of doing the work before I am fully paid than ask you to carry the risk of paying before you have seen anything.

Most all-in-one marketing platforms bundle a website with the automation and lock you into an annual contract with a narrow cancellation window. Craftvane doesn't. The build is yours once it's paid for; the retainer runs month to month and you can stop it without losing the site.
