Get a quote back within one business day.

Tell me about your business below. You get a scoped price back, not a sales pitch, and not a calendar link you have to book before anyone will tell you a number.

01

What to do. Fill out the form with your business and what you need. A few sentences is plenty.

02

How. The form on this page, email jay@craftvane.com, or call 415-879-5541 and talk to me directly. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific.

03

When. A reply lands in your inbox within one business day. If you send something on a Friday evening, that means Monday, not three weeks.

04

What you get. A scoped price for the build, and, if you want it, the automation retainer. One page, one number, in writing.

05

What happens next. A short call to confirm scope before anything is built. Nothing gets quoted off a guess about what you meant.

To get a useful number back

Four things worth mentioning

01

Roughly how many pages. A five-page site and a twenty-page site are different projects. If you have no idea, say what your business does and I will estimate it.

02

Whether the content exists. Photos, service descriptions, staff bios. If they exist the build is faster. If they do not, writing them is part of the job and I would rather price that in than discover it later.

03

Your current site, if you have one. Just the address. It tells me more in thirty seconds than a paragraph describing it would.

04

Anything with a deadline. An event, a lease, a season. It changes what I can promise, and I would rather say no to a date than miss one.

If you are not ready for a quote

Start with the free site audit instead. You get your current site checked against 30 points, findings by email, and no call is required to receive them. It is genuinely free and it is genuinely not a sales call with a report stapled to it.

And if what you actually need is a repetitive job automated rather than a website, that is a separate thing I build, quoted per job. Describe the job in the form and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating, including when the answer is no.

What I will tell you for free

Whether a website is the right thing to spend money on right now. If your referrals already fill your calendar, or your problem is really pricing or follow-up rather than the site, I would rather say so than take a deposit. That is not modesty, it is that a client who did not need the thing they bought does not refer anyone.
