Veterinary clinics

A worried owner calls whoever tells them what to do first.

At eight at night, with a dog that ate something it should not have, an owner is not comparing clinics on philosophy. They want to know if you are open, whether this is an emergency, and where to go if it is. The clinic whose site answers that becomes the clinic they use afterwards.

Where it leaks

Four gaps a clinic feels every week

01

After-hours guidance is missing. You are closed, and the page says only that. Telling an owner plainly what counts as an emergency and naming the nearest emergency hospital costs you nothing and earns the relationship, even on the visit you did not take.

02

New clients cannot start without a phone call. A new-client form, records-transfer instructions, and what to bring to a first visit turn a phone tag problem into a filled-in form waiting in the morning.

03

Vaccine and wellness recall relies on memory. It is the most predictable revenue in the practice, and it slips first when the day gets busy. Automated reminders do not get busy.

04

Reviews come from the hardest days. People rarely post after a routine visit. They post after a difficult one. Asking every client afterwards is what makes the rating reflect the practice.

What you get

A site that answers the urgent question, and reminders that hold the schedule

Module 01

The site

A site built for the owner who is worried right now.

  • Hours, emergency guidance, and the nearest emergency hospital, stated plainly
  • Services and species treated, so nobody guesses whether you see rabbits
  • New-client forms and records-transfer steps in one obvious place
  • Veterinarian bios, because people choose a person, not a building
  • Fast on a phone, one-handed, while holding a leash

Module 02

The automation

The recall and follow-up that quietly carry the practice.

  • Vaccine and wellness reminders that go out on time
  • Appointment reminders before the visit
  • Missed-call text-back, so a call during surgery still gets a reply
  • Review requests sent after the appointment, to every client
  • A chatbot for the after-hours "are you open tomorrow" question

Craftvane is new and I would rather show you a build than a client list. See the work and judge for yourself.

Questions a practice manager asks

Do you integrate with our practice software?

No, and you do not want a marketing vendor inside your practice management system. The site sends requests to your team, and your team enters them the way they already do.

Can reminders pull from our records automatically?

That depends entirely on what your software exposes, and I will tell you honestly after looking rather than promising it in a sales conversation. Where it cannot, reminders run from a list your team controls, which still beats remembering.

Is texting clients regulated the way it is for doctors?

The health privacy rules that cover human patients do not apply to animal patients, so this is simpler than it is for a dental or medical practice. Consent and opt-out obligations for text messages still apply to you as the sender, and I configure it to respect them.

Can you make the emergency information obvious?

That is the first thing I would build. It is also the part most clinic sites bury, which is why it is worth saying out loud.

The guarantee

You don't pay the balance until you approve the site.

Hiring one person to build your website carries an obvious risk: you pay, and what shows up is not what you had in mind. So the money is structured so that cannot happen. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due only after you have seen the finished site and told me it's right. If you look at it and it is not what we agreed, I fix it, and you still have not paid the balance.

No annual contract on the build. The retainer, if you take it, is month to month, and cancelling it does not cost you the website. The site is yours once it is paid for, either way.
