Websites in Los Gatos

A dated site quietly argues against your price.

If your business charges a premium in Los Gatos, everything a customer sees has to support that, including the website. Someone walking down Santa Cruz Avenue and looking you up on their phone is making a judgement about whether the price is justified, and they are making it in seconds, mostly on how the page looks and how fast it loads.

What a premium market changes

What actually decides it here

01

Presentation is part of the product here. A cramped, slow site next to a high price creates a gap the customer resolves by assuming the price is wrong. That is an expensive assumption to leave lying around.

02

Vagueness reads as evasive, not exclusive. Hiding pricing entirely is a common instinct at the top of a market and it often backfires. A range, or a clear statement of how you quote, does better than silence.

03

The proof has to be specific. Credentials, years, named people, actual work. Adjectives do nothing for a buyer who is used to being sold to.

04

A slow phone experience undoes all of it. The most expensive-looking site in the world loses to a fast plain one if it takes eight seconds to appear on a phone.

What you get

The site, then the tools underneath it

Module 01

The site

A site whose presentation supports the price rather than undercutting it.

  • A clean, current design that matches what you charge
  • Real proof: named people, credentials, actual work
  • Pricing stated as a range or a clear method, not hidden
  • Genuinely fast, which is a design choice as much as a technical one
  • Correct on a phone, held one-handed, on the street

Module 02

The automation

The same automation on every build, because it works the same way everywhere.

  • A chatbot that answers after-hours questions and books a call
  • Missed-call text-back, so a call you could not take still gets a reply
  • Review requests sent after the job, to everyone, never filtered
  • Appointment reminders where your business runs on appointments
  • Hosting and content updates included in the retainer

Who I build for in Los Gatos

The work is the same shape whatever the trade, and the copy is not. These pages go into what changes for each: medical practices, dental practices, law firms, chiropractors, med spas, veterinary clinics, salons and barbershops, professional offices, and local service businesses.

Craftvane is based in San Jose and works across Santa Clara County. Rather than a client list, there are two sites you can open right now: see the work.

Questions from Los Gatos owners

We do not want to publish prices.

Then publish how you quote and what drives the number. The goal is that nobody leaves the page not knowing whether you are in their range, because the ones who leave uncertain do not call.

Can you make it look high-end?

Yes, and the part that actually reads as high-end is restraint and speed rather than effects. A page that loads instantly and says exactly what it means outperforms an animated one every time.

Our current site was expensive.

That says nothing about whether it works. Run the free audit and find out, and if it comes back clean I will tell you to keep it.

The guarantee

You don't pay the balance until you approve the site.

Hiring one person to build your website carries an obvious risk: you pay, and what shows up is not what you had in mind. So the money is structured so that cannot happen. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due only after you have seen the finished site and told me it's right. If you look at it and it is not what we agreed, I fix it, and you still have not paid the balance.

No annual contract on the build. The retainer, if you take it, is month to month, and cancelling it does not cost you the website. The site is yours once it is paid for, either way.
