What we do

Everything a contractor needs to get found and booked. Nothing you're already paying for twice.

Craftvane runs two systems for you. The Growth System gets homeowners finding you and calling you first. Automation activation switches on the software you already own but never turned on, no new subscriptions, no vendor pitch. Both done for you, start to finish.

The Growth System

Found, then booked. Six parts, one machine.

PART 01 · FOUND

Get-Found Local SEO

When a homeowner searches "bathroom remodel [your city]" or opens Google Maps, you're buried under contractors who do worse work, and the job goes to whoever shows up first.

Your Google Business Profile built out and maintained right, your service areas and services mapped to the words homeowners actually type, and pages backed by real project photos, not stock ones. When your town searches for what you build, you're the name that shows up, not the guy with the worse work and the better listing.

PART 02 · FOUND

AI-Search Visibility

Homeowners have started asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini "who should I hire for an addition near me." Most contractors are invisible there.

Your business information, services, proof, and content structured so AI assistants can find you, understand you, and recommend you when someone asks. I built this for the company I work for, and ChatGPT was recommending it within about two weeks. Almost none of your competitors have done this yet, because almost nobody's shown them how.

PART 03 · FOUND

A Trust-Building Website

Homeowners spending six figures check you out before they call. A dated site, or no site, quietly kills jobs you never knew you were up for.

A fast, clean website built to do one thing: convince a homeowner you're the safe choice and get them to reach out. Real photos of your work, your license front and center, reviews, plain descriptions of what you do and where, and one obvious button to contact you. You send me photos once, I do the rest, and the homeowner who was about to call your competitor calls you instead.

PART 04 · BOOKED

Speed to Lead

You're on a job, a lead calls, it goes to voicemail, and by dinner they've hired someone who picked up. Missed response time is the biggest leak in most pipelines.

Instant automatic text-back on missed calls and form fills means every lead hears from you in seconds, not after dinner. Online booking lets homeowners grab a slot without playing phone tag. You reply when you're off the roof. The lead never feels ignored, and never calls the next name on the list.

PART 05 · BOOKED

Review and Proof Engine

Your happiest customers would gladly leave a five-star review. Nobody asks them, so your online reputation stays years behind your actual work.

An automatic system that asks every customer for a Google review at the right moment, follows up politely if they forget, and turns your finished jobs into a steadily growing wall of proof. High-ticket homeowners read your reviews before they ever pick up the phone. Now they'll find plenty, and all of them true.

PART 06 · DONE FOR YOU

Done-For-You Management

You didn't get into building to spend your evenings in marketing dashboards.

I run all of it: updates, monitoring, tweaks, new content pulled from your job photos, and a plain-English report on what happened and what's next. Your total time commitment: one photo dump per project, and answering the phone more often.

Quick win

The 5-Star Reboot

Turn your backlog of happy customers into a wall of new 5-star reviews.

STANDALONE OFFER

Harvest the proof you already earned

You've done years of great work for people who loved it. Almost none of them left a review, because nobody ever asked. A homeowner comparing you to a competitor sees a thin, dated review count and quietly picks the other guy.

A one-time campaign that reaches back out to your past happy customers, the right way and fully compliant, and invites them to share their experience on Google. Then I switch on the system that asks every future customer automatically, so your reputation never falls behind your work again. Existing customers only. No fake reviews, ever. Just the real praise you already earned, finally showing up where buyers look.

Switched on

Your tools shipped switched off. I turn them on.

Here's the dirty secret about the software you already pay for: your CRM, your estimating tool, your phone system, your invoicing app, they almost certainly include automations you've never turned on. Follow-up reminders. Payment nudges. Appointment confirmations. Lead routing. The features already exist in your account. Nobody ever set them up.

I'm a configurator, not a vendor. Most marketing shops solve "you need automation" by selling you new software: another subscription, another login, another bill. I solve it by making the software you already pay for actually do its job. I audit what you own, switch on what earns its keep, connect the pieces so they talk to each other, and show you exactly what each one is doing for you now. If something genuinely needs replacing, I'll say so and tell you why. Otherwise, your existing bills finally start paying you back.

If you want a reference point: activation projects start around $500 to $1,500 to set up, with light monthly upkeep from $150 to $400. That's Craftvane's own pricing, scoped on the call, not an industry number. One recovered job covers it outright.

Coming later

AI add-ons, once the foundation is working.

There's more we can switch on: an AI voice front desk that answers the calls you miss and books the estimate, and other AI helpers as they get good enough for me to trust on a real remodeling company first. I don't sell anything I haven't run myself. When these are ready for you, you'll hear it from me straight.

Common questions

How the work actually runs.

Do I have to buy the whole system, or can I start with one piece?

Start anywhere. Most contractors start with the free audit, then fix the biggest leak first, whether that's the website, local search, speed-to-lead, or reviews. The 5-Star Reboot and automation activation both stand alone. You're never required to buy all six parts at once.

What is the difference between the Growth System and automation activation?

The Growth System brings you new leads: local SEO, AI-search visibility, a website that converts, speed-to-lead, and reviews. Automation activation is different, it switches on the tools you already pay for, your CRM, phone, and invoicing, so the follow-ups and reminders you're already funding finally run. Many contractors need both. Some only need one.

How long does setup take?

The core system goes live in weeks, not months, and some parts work from day one. Text-back starts catching leads the moment it's on. Review requests start with your next finished job. Search visibility builds over weeks and months, it always does. Anyone promising page one by Friday is lying to you.

What do you actually need from me to get started?

Not much. Photos of your work, answers to a short set of questions about your services and service area, and access to the accounts you already have. From there, I handle the build and the ongoing management. Your job is to keep building, and answer the phone more often.

Do you build a new website or work with the one I already have?

Whichever serves you better. On the audit, I look at your current site honestly. If it's solid, we keep it and fix what's leaking. If it's costing you jobs, I'll show you exactly where, and build one that books work instead. You own the result either way.

Not sure what you need? That's what the audit is for.

NO PITCH. YOU KEEP THE FINDINGS.
