The free Visibility Audit: 15 minutes that show you who homeowners find instead of you.
Before I fix anything, I show you where the leak is. No slideshow, no pressure, no pitch at the end.
Here's exactly what fifteen minutes gets you.
The Contractor Visibility Audit is a free 15-minute call. Before we talk, I do the homework: I search your area the way homeowners search it, on Google, on Maps, and in ChatGPT, and I look at how fast a new lead would hear back from you today.
ON THE CALL, I SHARE MY SCREEN AND WALK YOU THROUGH THREE THINGS:
Where you're invisible
The exact searches in your area where you don't show up, and who shows up instead.
What the guys beating you are doing
Not magic. Usually three or four specific things you can see with your own eyes once someone points at them.
One plain next step
The single highest-impact fix for your situation, whether or not you ever hire me to do it.
That's it. No slideshow about "your brand journey." No pressure at the end. If the honest answer is "you're in decent shape, fix this one thing yourself," that's what I'll tell you. Fifteen minutes, weighed against what one lost kitchen costs you. Worth it?
If we work together, here's the whole process.
You hand over the photos
One time. Job photos, your license number, your service areas, and answers to a short list of plain questions. About an hour of your life, total.
I build and switch on
The site, the local search work, the AI visibility, the instant text-back, the review engine, and the automations sleeping inside tools you already pay for. You keep building houses. I build the machine. It goes live fast, and lead text-backs start firing the moment it does.
Your phone rings more, and every call gets caught
Leads get answered in seconds, finished jobs turn into reviews, and every month you get a plain-English rundown: what happened, what it produced, what's next.
Questions contractors actually ask me.
Is this like Angi or Thumbtack?
No, closer to the opposite. Those platforms sell the same lead to you and four competitors, then keep the customer relationship for themselves. I build assets you own: your site, your Google presence, your reviews, your reputation. Homeowners come straight to you, not into a bidding war, and if we ever part ways, everything I built stays yours.
Do I have to do anything?
Almost nothing. You send me photos of your work once, answer a few questions, and answer your phone when it rings more. That's the job. No dashboards to learn, no content to write, no "homework" from me every week.
How fast does this start working?
The system goes live fast, and some parts work from day one: the instant text-back starts catching leads the moment it's on, and review requests start going out with your next finished job. Search visibility builds over weeks and months, not overnight, and anyone who promises you page one by Friday is lying to you. On the site I built for the company I work for, the first booked customer came from organic search within about two weeks. I can't promise you the same timeline, but I can promise the same system.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you actually need, which is exactly what the free audit figures out. As a reference point: automation activation starts in the range of $500 to $1,500 plus modest monthly upkeep, and the full Growth System is a bigger monthly investment than that. Here's the honest math: you know what one booked kitchen, roof, or ADU is worth to you. One job typically covers a long stretch of this system. And finding out where you stand costs nothing.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No long-term handcuffs. This only works if it keeps earning its spot on your P&L every month. If it stops making sense for you, you leave, and you keep the website, the Google profile, the reviews, all of it. I'd rather keep you with results than with a signature.
I already have a website.
Good, then we're not starting from zero. The question isn't whether you have a website, it's whether it books jobs. Most contractor sites are online business cards: nice photo, phone number, silence. On the audit I'll look at yours honestly. If it's solid, I'll say so and we'll focus on what's actually leaking. If it's costing you jobs, I'll show you exactly where.
What is AI search and why should I care?
Homeowners have started asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini things like "who's a good remodeler near me," the same way they used to ask Google. Those tools recommend specific businesses, and they can only recommend businesses they can find and read. Right now almost no contractors are set up for this, which means the ones who move first get recommended by default. When I set this up for the company I work for, ChatGPT was recommending it within about two weeks of launch. That window won't stay open forever.
Will you work with my competitor?
No. One contractor per trade, per area. If you're my remodeler in your city, I'm not taking money from the remodeler across town to fight you with your own playbook. First come, first served.
I've been burned by marketing companies before.
Most contractors I talk to have. Here's what's different, and you can verify all of it: I come from inside the trade, running growth for a real remodeling company, not a salesman with a territory. I proved the system on a real business before selling it to anyone. Everything I build, you own. And the first step is me giving you the findings for free, before you've paid me a dollar. Judge me on that call.
My work comes from referrals. Why do I need this?
Referrals are the best leads there are, and this makes them stronger, not obsolete. Two things are true: first, even referred homeowners look you up before calling, and a thin online presence quietly kills warm referrals. Second, referrals feast-or-famine your pipeline because you can't control when they come. This system catches the referrals you're already earning and adds a channel you actually control.
Fifteen minutes. Your market, on screen, explained.
FREE. NO PITCH. YOU KEEP EVERYTHING I FIND.
